METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover. All orders can also be shipped Money Order or Cashiers Check, no personal checks are accepted. Orders subject to Money orders will be shipped within 24 Hours after the money order is received. New York State orders are subject to sales tax.

Minimum Order

All our products are pre-packed in quantities of 6 pieces per size per color. The minimum you can order is one pack of any item. All our products have to be purchased in pre-packs only. Also, all orders less than $200 in total will be assessed a $5.00 handling fee. New Customers are allowed one sample order (less than 6 pieces per color per size) at the single piece price.

 

RETURN POLICY

We will exchange or refund any regular price item within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. After the 7-day period, MONAG will not be liable to issue a return authorization. Returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. Items returned to us in new condition (not worn, washed, customized or altered) will receive a refund or exchange. Items embellished or altered in any form will not be refunded under any circumstances. Shipping charges are not refundable for returns or exchanges. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. In order to get proper credit, please follow these steps:

Step 1. Call our Customer Care toll-free at 1-877-99-MONAG or email us at service@monag.com to notify us of the return or exchange with your full name and Invoice number if you have it.

Step 2. Please state the reason for the return.

Step 3. Send the merchandise to the following address only after you have authorization from us:

Step 4. Please note, if merchandise is damaged, worn or stained no credit will be given. All original tags should be attached, the item must be unworn and in new condition, and all original packaging included. Please package the item to protect from harm while shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us. We strongly recommend you ship via a trackable method and keep a record of your shipping confirmation for your protection.

Step 5. Once we receive the return, we will immediately process a request to credit your account or send you another item, depending on your request

Q: Why do some of the colors look strange?
A: Every computer screen depicts colors differently. The MONAG web site administrator has made every effort to make the colors of the clothing on screen depict its true color. In the event your computer interprets the colors differently (than the actual colors), please call 1-877-99-MONAG.

SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will be shipped Ground Fedex. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. You will be notified if we are unable to ship your order or if your items are on backorder. If shipping to multiple locations, each location will be charged fro shipping. For overnight shipping contact customer service at 1-800-99-MONAG or e-mail to service@monag.com for information.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: Prior to ordering, customers must contact our Customer Service at

1-877-99-MONAG or e-mail us at service@monag.com to receive the exact rate for an international delivery.

 

 

CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER

Should you decide to change or cancel an order, kindly contact our Customer Service toll-free at
1-877-99-MONAG or by email to service@monag.com. If the merchandise has not been shipped, the entire amount will be refunded. However, In the event, the item(s) has/have been shipped, you will be charged for shipping if cancelled additionally there will be a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for shipping charges for sending back the items for exchange.
