Ordering

 

• Orders can be placed online at www.monag.com  or faxed to 585-302-4475.

• By phone from 10 am to 5 pm (Eastern Standard Time) Monday thru Friday at 877-996-6624.

• All orders are considered firm order at the time of placement.

• Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday.

• Case consists of 36 pieces of one size, one style and one color.

 

 

Changing/Canceling an Order
   
• Addition to orders already placed will be treated as a new order and will be billed & shipped separately.

• 20% restocking fee will be charged for all orders canceled. If the order has been shipped, you will be charged for shipping and will also be responsible for shipping the items back.

 

 

Pricing 
 
• All prices are based on shipping from Victor, NY (FOB Victor, NY).

• Prices are subject to change without notice and will be shipped at price in effect at time of shipping.

• All prices shown are per piece.

• Case pricing and ½ dozen pricing apply to only buying case or ½ dozen quantities respectively per style, color & size.

• Piece price is based on buying in less than 6 piece increments.

 

 

Payment & Terms

 

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and COD (Only Money Order or Cashier’s check accepted)

• Orders pre-paid by company check will be shipped after the check has cleared the bank.

• There will be $25.00 fee for all returned checks.

• Late payment: A service charge of 1.5% per month, 18% APR will be added to all overdue accounts. You are also liable for all reasonable collection and attorney fees.

 

 

Minimum Orders

 

•       No minimums.

•       Wholesale Orders less than $200 will be charged a handling fee of $5.

 

 

Shipping/Back Orders

 

• Shipping is charged for all backordes.

• Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and are billed on all orders shipped including backorders.

• Orders received after 1pm EST will be shipped the next business day.

• All orders are shipped with indirect signature required.

• MONAG will not be responsible for lost or delayed orders.

• If shipping to multiple locations, each location will be charged for shipping.

• Free shipping is available only for retail orders of $75 or more. Offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii & International purchases.

• All orders are shipped from Victory, NY, USA.

 

 

Claims

 

• Claims for shortages, price discrepancies, incorrect merchandise or defective merchandise must be made within (5) days of receipt of merchandise.

• Damaged shipments must be reported to the FedEx driver.

• Drop Shipments: It is the customer’s responsibility to inform their embellishers of the exact style, color and size they are being sent and to have them checked prior to embellishing.

• MONAG cannot and will not be responsible for discrepancies in orders received by parties other than invoiced customer.

 

 

Return/Exchange Policy (5 Business Days)

 

• No returns will be accepted after 5 Business days.

• All returns must be approved or they will not be accepted.

• Customer is responsible for postage of returns.

• NO CASH refund will be given; a credit will be issued to your account for future purchases.

• Shipping charges are non refundable.

• Exchanges are not accepted, merchandise can be returned within 5 business days.

• Returns are subject to restocking fee of 20%.

• It is customer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise prior to embellishing or washing.

• Altered, decorated or washed garments are not returnable even if merchandise is defective or shipped incorrectly.

• MONAG will not reimburse for any decoration cost.

• No returns allowed on single pieces or broken packs.

 

 

In order to get proper credit, please follow these steps:

 

Step 1: Call our Customer Care toll-free at 1-877-99-MONAG or email us at service@monag.com to notify us of the return with your full name, company name and Invoice number if you have it.

 

Step 2: Please state the reason for the return.

 

Step 3: Send the merchandise to the following address only after you have authorization from us:

Step 4: Please note, if merchandise is damaged, worn, stained or improperly packed and shipped will receive no credit. All items must be unworn and in new condition, and all original packaging included. Please package the item to protect from harm while shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us. We strongly recommend you ship via a trackable method and keep a record of your shipping confirmation for your protection.

 

Step 5: Once we receive the return, we will process a request to credit your account or send you another item, depending on your request. This process can take from 1 to 15 days.

 

 

Colors & Sizing

 

• Actual colors or merchandise may differ from that shown in the printed catalog and on our website.

• All the weight and size mention in the catalog, pricelist and website are approximate; allow tolerance of 2% to 7% in sizes and weight.

• Colors will vary by dye lot, we cannot guarantee the color of your specific order will exactly match any sample you receive or match any garments you previously ordered.

• Cotton shrinks! Allow for shrinkage when ordering, 3-5% shrinkage even for preshrunk goods.

• While every effort is made to achieve color consistency some minor color variations due to dyeing or weaving irregularities is natural and inevitable. For different styles to match exactly they must be cut from the same roll of fabric, if you are trying to match different styles, we suggest placing a custom order so they can be made from the same dye lot.

 

 

Sales Tax Exemption

 

•      To receive sales tax exemption, all customers or individuals must complete and submit the sales tax exemption form to MONAG.

 

International Deliveries: 

 

Prior to ordering, customers must contact our customer service at

Q: Why do some of the colors look strange?
A: Every computer screen depicts colors differently. The MONAG web site administrator has made every effort to make the colors of the clothing on screen depict its true color. In the event your computer interprets the colors differently (than the actual colors), please call 1-877-99-MONAG.

 

Q: Why do different styles of same color not match exactly?
A: Colors will vary by dye lot, we can’t guarantee the color of your specific order will exactly match any sample you receive or match any garments previously ordered. This is a given in the fabric and garment district. While every effort is made to achieve color consistency some minor color variations due to dyeing or weaving irregularities is natural and inevitable. For different styles to match exactly they must be cut from the same roll of fabric, if you are trying to match different styles, we suggest placing a custom order so they can be made from the same lot.
